Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy helps you to deeply explore your inner world, and figure out your tiggers, behaviour patterns, and what might be holding you back in life.
It’s also a space where you can learn how to build more meaningful and satisfying relationships with others, regulate your emotions, and find new ways of coping with problems.
Individual Therapy
I work with adults in the following areas:
Stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness
Challenges in close relationships
Identity-related issues
Managing chronic pain
Body image concerns and eating problems
Loss and grief
Self-esteem and self-confidence
Regulating difficult emotions
Feeling lost or stuck
Sessions are held weekly for 50 minutes, either face-to-face in central London or online.
In our first session, we will explore your reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to gain from it. This is also an opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the process.
